Specially selected and sized to provide a generous assortment of appetizers, salads, main course and dessert items for buffet service, for the entire afternoon or evening.

Tuscan flatbread bites (choose 2 flavours)

  • Caramelized onion, Gorgonzola and fig,
  • Wild mushroom, thyme, fresh garlic, fontina
  • Primavera – grilled assorted veggies, goat cheese
  • Soppressata (spicy Italian salami), black olives, roasted red peppers, arugula and Gorgonzola
  • Bianca (potato sliced thin and brushed with pesto oil)
  • Prosciutto, melon and Gorgonzola with black olive tapenade
  • Chorizo, grilled rapini and smoked mozzarella
  • Tomato bruschetta (room temperature)

Asiago dip with grilled bread bites
Crumbled Asiago and Romano cheeses, basil, tomato, red pepper flakes, garlic and oil served with grilled bread bites brushed with balsamic vinaigrette

Chicken rolls Prosciutto, fontina, ricotta rolled in thin chicken breast slices on skewersEggplant bites w/ dip
Slices of Sicilian eggplant sandwiched with mozzarella and pesto, breaded and fried, served with roasted tomato coulis

Polenta bites
Small polenta and Cambozola cakes dredged in flour and sautéed, served with candied walnut and caramelized onion relish

Sage sausage bites w/dip
Bite-sized mild or hot Italian sausage patty served with apricot chutney

Vegetable fritter
Mashed zucchini or cauliflower mixed in batter and fried served with roasted tomato chutney

Four-dip platter
Black olive tapenade, artichoke dip, hummus, red pepper dip with various breads and crackers

Round of Brie
Large round of Brie warmed, topped with confetti bruschetta served with assorted breads and crackers

Grilled vegetable platter
Assorted vegetables - eggplant, zucchini, onion, peppers, tomatoes, mushrooms, asparagus grilled and served with balsamic drizzle

Cheese platter
Selection of imported cheeses served with seasonal fruit and fresh breads, crackers

Prosciutto, melon and cheese on skewers

Rice croquettes
Balls of Arborio rice mixed with parmesan, garlic, fresh parsley, rolled in breadcrumbs and sautéed

Antipasto platter
Assortment of marinated vegetables (artichokes, mushrooms, eggplant), roasted peppers, cubed Italian cheese, roasted garlic and various cured meats, served with fresh bread

Tomato salad Cherry tomatoes, boconcini cheese, sweet onion w/ pesto dressingSalads (choose 3)

Pasta
Short pasta, sautéed mushrooms, roasted peppers, scallions, fresh basil w/ sweet white balsamic vinaigrette OR spaghettini, black olive tapenade and lemon garlic vinaigrette

Tomato
Cherry tomatoes, bocconcini cheese, sweet onion w/ pesto dressing

Panzanella
Cubed Calabrese bread, black olives, tomato, fresh basil, red onion w/ balsamic dressing

Crudités
Cauliflower, carrot, broccoli, celery, fresh parsley, radishes chopped fine with lemon garlic vinaigrette

Potato
New potatoes, fresh oregano, chopped fresh tomato w/ white balsamic and onion vinaigrette

Three-Bean
White kidney beans, green beans and chickpeas, red onion and sweet vinaigrette

Fennel
Fresh fennel, crumbled asiago and lima beans with oil and fresh lemon vinaigrette

Antipasto salad
Cubed smoked mozzarella, salami, pepperoncini, black olives, marinated artichokes, eggplant and mushrooms w/ red wine vinaigrette


Rice croquettes Balls of rice mixed with parmesan, garlic, parsley, rolled in breadcrumbs and sautéed) Main (choose 1)

Chicken Involtini
Prosciutto and pesto ricotta rolled in thin chicken breast, sautéed and sliced on skewers

Cold roast filet of beef with rainbow peppercorn crust
Slices of cold fillet of beef arranged on platter and served with horseradish mustard vinaigrette

Rosemary and Garlic Pork Tenderloin medallions
Marinated medallions of roast pork tenderloin seared, roasted and sliced

Chorizo**(very spicy)
Sliced chorizo sausage slow-cooked in tomato sauce

Lasagna rolls** (warm)
Lasagna noodles filled with thick ragu rolled and topped with cheese OR filled with spinach and ricotta and topped with tomato sauce and cheese

Agnolotti**
Half-moon shaped fresh pasta filled with wild mushroom and mascarpone in tomato cream sauce
