Appetizers/Finger foods (Choose 3)

Tuscan flatbread bites (choose 2 flavours)

  • Caramelized onion, Gorgonzola and fig,
  • Wild mushroom, thyme, fresh garlic, fontina
  • Primavera – grilled assorted veggies, goat cheese
  • Soppressata (spicy Italian salami), black olives, roasted red peppers, arugula and Gorgonzola
  • Bianca (potato sliced thin and brushed with pesto oil)
  • Prosciutto, melon and Gorgonzola with black olive tapenade
  • Chorizo, grilled rapini and smoked mozzarella
  • Tomato bruschetta (room temperature)

Asiago dip with grilled bread bites
Crumbled Asiago and Romano cheeses, basil, tomato, red pepper flakes, garlic and oil served with grilled bread bites brushed with balsamic vinaigrette

Eggplant bites w/ dip
Slices of Sicilian eggplant sandwiched with mozzarella and pesto, breaded and fried, served with roasted tomato coulis

Polenta bites
Small polenta and Cambozola cakes dredged in flour and sautéed, served with candied walnut and caramelized onion relish

Sage sausage bites w/dip
Bite-sized mild or hot Italian sausage patty served with apricot chutney

Vegetable fritter
Mashed zucchini or cauliflower mixed in batter and fried served with roasted tomato chutney

Platters
(select one or more, in addition, or instead of, the above)

Four-dip platter
Black olive tapenade, artichoke dip, hummus, red pepper dip served with various breads and crackers

Brie Large round of Brie warmed, topped with confetti bruschetta served with assorted breads and crackers

Cheese platter
Selection of imported cheeses served with seasonal fruit and fresh breads, crackers

Prosciutto and melon brochettes
Parma prosciutto, melon and cheese on wooden skewers

Antipasto platter
Assortment of marinated olives and vegetables (artichokes, mushrooms, eggplant), roasted peppers, cubed Italian cheese, roasted garlic and various cured meats, served with assorted fresh bread

Grilled vegetable platter
Assorted vegetables - eggplant, zucchini, onion, peppers, tomatoes, mushrooms, asparagus grilled and served with balsamic drizzle.
