Toronto Downtown Bed and Breakfast is eager to host your a small and elegant wedding, just like ours on June 20, 2003 - just 10 days after the Ontario Court of Appeals redefined marriage as a union of any two persons to the exclusion of all others.

Since that day, Toronto has become a popular destination for same-sex marriages, providing couples the right to solemnize, and legalize, their marriage, and TDBAB has the experience to help you with all the details. Additional Guests

We have a guestroom capacity of only two persons, that's you! Any other guests we will help find accommodation at hotels in the area. The maximum attendance at your wedding is six outside guests.

The Licence

You can get your licence from City Hall the work day before; there is no waiting, no blood test, and no residency requirement. We can help sort out the details and discuss the requirements. An escort to City Hall is included in our Wedding Package. You may download your Ontario Marriage Licence application here and complete it in advance, if you wish.

The Ceremony

We can also make the appointment for your wedding at City Hall Wedding Chambers, or make arrangements for the wedding to be conducted in our home if that is your wish. For in-home ceremonies, or for ceremonies conducted anywhere else of your choosing, we are pleased to recommend All Seasons Weddings. If you prefer the City Hall venue, limousine service to drive you and your guests to the wedding ceremony and back is available, if desired.

Flowers? Cake?

Flowers, wedding cake - anything else - let us know and we'll take care of it all, and all on one surprisingly low bill.

What a magical day! This whole weekend has actually been overwhelming. Friday was great with the Lemon Drops! Adrienne & Carrie "the assinator" were hysterically funny. We love them and are so glad they introduced us to you. Our ceremony was beautiful and it meant so much that we could share it here with the support of our families. You were both excellent hosts.
