 never know what to expect when I arrive at a new B&B. Some are horrific, some are funny and some are a delight. Yours, however, is none of those things. Okay, a smattering of delight, but what I'm trying to say is it goes WAY beyond that. You offer friendship, belly laughs, erudite conversation, and yes, Roger, I'm going to say it: coziness. If every I am in Toronto again, this is where I want to stay.

I world leave in the morning to visit with my daughter, warm mind-blowingly delicious food in my stomach, a glow in my heart, a smile on my face, and then at the end of the day, come home to a warm fire, the two of you, a glass of wine, tea, a lemon drop, more laughter and talk and sharing life stories.

ou've seen to it that we have absolutely no credibility as reviewers. We've been wined, dined, and eaten breakfasts fit for royalty. We've napped all day in our room and your bathrobes and trolled the city from dawn till dark. The brewery tours were the new treat this trip, thanks to your thoughtful arrangements.

Nancy still wants to move in. She claims it doesn't bother her that we'd have to clean the rooms and carry the luggage upstairs. Then there's the matter of having to live in the crawlspace.

his is our favorite B&B ever, and we're not just saying that because you're our favourite hosts. We've found an excuse to visit annually since we discovered you 3 years ago, and haven't enjoyed breakfasts in our bathrobes (well, technically, your bathrobes) so much anywhere else, since. The luxuries are super, the feather bed and linens and location and style. But your warmth and kindness is most special. You make all of your guests feel comfortable and pampered. Breakfast always sees us through until dinner. We love you guys!

PS. Since Jim puts this up on the Web site where people can see it, I 'd like to point out that the bathrobes are very large. Gigantic. Potential guests need not be scared.
